Revised Septic Septic Ordinance

The Elkhart County Septic Ordinance has been revised and approved. The new version became effective on July 1, 2012. It is now available on our website. A revised state rule regulating residential onsite sewage systems, 410 IAC 6-8.3, became effective November 19, 2012. There is a link on our website to the rule.
